  The damages arbitration set a legal precedence that even Lord Gill references in his books and literature. The precedence was that R Hill & Co as tenants won a court ruling that they could claim damages against their landlord for their failings as agricultural landlords. The Government and Legal Professionals were also heavily implicated and the arbitration was blocked for 14 years and no evidence was ever heard. This page is still under construction.
